It is the prize that the next 3 February intend to get all the Logroño.
In order to promote, as a tourist attraction, Spanish cuisine both nationally and internationally to the Spanish Federation of Hotels (FEHR) and the Spanish Federation of Tourism Journalists and Writers (FEPET) occurs to them to organize so witty contest. 
To this end, we Logroño by flag so memorable gastronomic routes for tourism such as the Laurel Street among others, quality seal which shall include endorsement in the report that the Technical Committee of the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy requires us before tomorrow February 1.
In this contest will be baremadas policies developed for the promotion of gastronomy as a tourist destination in the city, the support that it has its own Autonomous Community policy and subsidies, if any, to the dissemination and promotion of agro-food products with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG).
Once appointed the Spanish capital of gastronomy 2012, is scheduled endless gastronomic initiatives that will range from promoting the city as a tourist destination promotion plans and training aimed at the hotel.
Cities such as Salamanca, Oviedo, Madrid, Seville and Pamplona compete with us for this title so succulent. And Logroño in his favor, holds relying on the rest of the region, wine and quality food products, many of them protected by appellations of origin.
